Through our remote internship program students can learn valuable organizing and activist skills to make a difference on issues that they care about.

As an intern you will spend 10-15 hours a week attending training, recruiting volunteers, and working on projects and campaigns that will make your community better. The Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences at Boston College invites
applications for the position of Core Fellow/ Visiting Assistant Professor
in Environmental Studies. The appointment for this one-year postdoctoral visiting assistant professorship will be for the 2021-2022 academic year. Salary is competitive, and the poison is renewable upon favorable review for up to three years. Boston College is a Jesuit, Catholic university that strives to integrate research excellence with a foundational commitment to formative liberal arts education. Boston College requires all students to complete a liberal arts Core Curriculum with 15 requirements as the foundation of their undergraduate education. Core Fellows teach signature courses in the Core. Developed for first-year students, interdisciplinary Complex Problem and Enduring Question courses are part of an ongoing renewal
of the Core Curriculum. As a Core Fellow, the position includes participation in the Core Fellows Program, a program designed to help new doctorates with their scholarly pursuits as well as become outstanding instructors through pedagogical training focused on education of the whole person. NMFS-Sea Grant Joint Fellowship, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Aministration (NOAA)

The NMFS-Sea Grant Joint Fellowship Program in Population and Ecosystem Dynamics and Marine Resource Economics is designed to help Sea Grant fulfill its broad educational responsibilities and to strengthen the collaboration between Sea Grant and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Since 1990, Sea Grant and NMFS have partnered to train students through this joint fellowship program in two specialized areas: population and ecosystem dynamics as well as marine resource economics. Population and ecosystem dynamics involve the study of fish populations and marine ecosystems to better assess fishery stock conditions and dynamics.
