Through activities ranging from blindfolded obstacle courses to silent mirroring challenges, Peace Games allows elementary school students to explore problem solving and peace making in a concrete manner. After the games, students debrief with Tufts volunteers to discuss the games’ themes of cooperation and communication.
Peace Games is co-sponsored by the Tufts Department of Peace and Justice Studies.
Peace Games is an after school program in Medford elementary schools that works on team-building through games and discussion. If you would like to co-lead a class for one hour a week, Peace Games is for you! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org! You can also find out more about what we do and meet the coordinators at the LCS general interest meeting, held at the beginning of each semester.
