Mentorship Program
We offer a mentoring program for newly hired veterinarians. Our mentoring program is a yearlong mentorship plan along with outside wet lab CEs in anesthesia, pain management, surgery and dentistry available. The associate spends time working directly and under the supervision of the practice owner. This is a well-organized program to ensure success and to help individuals reach their personal and professional goals.
Externship Opportunities Available
We have an excellent opportunity at our facility located in N. Dartmouth, MA for 2nd and 3rd year Veterinary students at our facility working directly with our veterinarians. You will gain valuable experience by shadowing experienced veterinarians and assisting in a variety of tasks that will help you in the future. Medical record entry, participating in appointments, assisting with client communication, participation in diagnostic and radiology review with case discussions, assist with hospitalized patients, observe dental and surgical procedures and more.
We are excited to offer this mentorship to invest in the future of Veterinarians and to help with a step up. Applying your school experience with practical experience in a small animal practice setting to assist you with your career in the field of Veterinary Medicine.
