Tufts Sensory and Science Center

We are affiliated with the Tufts University Sensory and Science Center (TUSSC), a new interdisciplinary research center that studies the links between chemical and biological systems, the sensory properties of products, and consumer behavior. Through TUSSC, I can work with food producers (described in detail here) to understand key microbial components and processes in their food systems.
