Cricket Creek Farm in Williamstown, MA is actively hiring for year long apprenticeships for both our farm and our creamery! Spend a year enjoying fresh air, farm life, cheese, and social distancing in the Berkshires with an amazing mountain range view out your front door!
Apprenticeships begin on a rolling basis and include a stipend, lots of free and discounted food, free on-site housing, participation in the CRAFT program, and continuous formal and informal educational opportunities within your respective program and the broader farm and creamery operation.

Apprentices work in either the creamery or the farm. Our apprenticeships are open to people of all ages, and require absolutely no prior cheesemaking or farming experience – if you’re looking to make a career change or explore new options, this can be a great opportunity to do so.
We are also hiring for a part-time Milker on the farm, and a Wholesale Coordinator. Get involved with your local food system!
