We, the members of the Tufts Ballroom Dance Team, strives for a strong culture of consent. We aspire to create a space of mutual understanding, generosity, care, and fun. We maintain that all actions, on and off the dance floor, should be consensual. These standards apply to people of all genders, ages, races, abilities, etc. Please treat everyone with kindness, respect, and generosity.
To that end, we require that all dancers sign a Safety and Consent Agreement before they step onto our dance floor. That agreement can be found here, and can be emailed to us at tuftsballroomdance@gmail.com
If anything or anyone has made you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or just generally gross, please submit an anonymous report and the executive board will investigate it as soon as possible.
