Elissa Milto is Director of Outreach at Tufts University Center for Engineering Education and Outreach in the U.S.A. After teaching special education, she pursued a degree in STEM education. In her current work, she uses her special education background as she designs engineering education resources and in her work with teachers.
Chelsea Andrews is a research assistant professor at Tufts Center for Engineering Education and Outreach. She has a background in Civil and Ocean Engineering and Education. She designs and studies activities, structures, and technologies that support engineering knowledge construction for students and teachers.
Merredith Portsmore serves as the Director of Tufts Center for Engineering Education and Outreach in addition to being a research professor at the center. She has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Education. She is dedicated to bridging research and practice in both formal and informal engineering education.
Christopher Wright is an associate professor in the School of Education at Drexel University. Prior to engaging in STEM Education research, he served as a secondary engineering instructor. His current work focuses on learning and identity development for minoritized youths in engineering contexts.
