Ari Axelrod
Managing Director, Boston International Management Services
Ari Axelrod is Managing Director of Boston International Management Services, a consulting firm serving US-based and multinational companies in the areas of strategic planning, financial analysis and management. He is also CFO of Boston Clinical Trials, a clinical research center.
In his previous role as Partner at Banyan Family Business Advisors, Ari served as Head of Financial Practice, working with leading family-owned companies to strengthen their enterprises in a wide range of areas.
Ari also previously served as Interim CEO of a joint venture of AGCO, one of the largest world-wide manufacturers of agricultural machinery, and CTP, the largest tractor manufacturer in Russian Federation. Before that he held roles as a Senior Vice President with Lehman Brothers and a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group.
Ari holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Mechanics and Optics and The National Research Center for Power Generation, both in St. Petersburg, Russia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Registered Professional Engineer.
