BULL BOT: The Stock Market Robot that moves with ExxonMobil

BULL BOT: The Stock Market Robot that moves with ExxonMobil

A robot that moves forward and backwards mimicking the gains and loses of the ExxonMobil stock price.

Christopher

My robot will be using an API code to sync its forward and backward motion with the ExxonMobil stock market price. With every dollar shift in the stock price, the robot will move forward or backward for 1.5 seconds(depending on the price).

  • This is really cool– the stock market changes more often than I thought!

  • Very interesting! Cool choice and application of API

  • super unique idea! Cool way to incorporate a stock api

  • Best name! What was your inspiration for this robot?

  • This is a cool way to visualize the stock market changing.

  • Great way to keep track of stocks. I could see this code being used for multiple stocks on a website or in a program in order for people to monitor their day trading.

  • Im definitely gonna look at this video again before I decide to buy shares of ExxonMobile in the future

  • This is a really interesting application for something as simple as motor movement. I find this approach much more interesting than simply reading the price out using a speaker.

  • I would have never thought have doing this but this is super cool

  • Very interesting idea. Would make stocks a lot more fun if they just had a whole bunch of these on the New York Stock Exchange floor.
