Candy Land Music Robot

Candy Land Music Robot

Detects colors in its path and plays the corresponding musical notes!

Khushi

Each musical note correlates with a specific color. There is a path of colors that resembles a Candy Land road that the robot will drive over. The light and color sensor will pick up on each individual patch of color as it drives over it. The robot will then match the color in its path to one of the colors assigned to a musical note. So when the robot goes over that specific color, its correlating musical note will play!

  • Its cool how you were able to make the sound change when the robot went to different colors!

  • I think it was really cool how you were able to match the note with the color sensor. It can be hard to match the note with the color so you nailed it.

  • I love how it combined music and engineering! It’s the beginning of a product. Nice work!

  • Seems awsome with a lot of potential, hetting the notes from the colors was very impressive!

  • This is super cool, I like how it played a different note with each of the different colors.

  • Awesome!! I love your use of the color sensor and speaker to assign notes to colors! Really great presentation too. I love how much your robot evolved from Wednesday night’s late night session!

  • This is great! My kids love Candy Land and if they had a musical component it would make the game so much more fun!
