Karen Cassel, J88

Karen is a passionate, analytical, hands-on leader and seasoned C-level operating executive with a proven track record of building and profitably scaling internet businesses for successful exits.

At Caring.com, Karen transformed the struggling media company to become the 2nd largest national senior care referral agency, created a culture of high-performing, analytical teams, led the company to profitability and ultimately to a successful sale to Bankrate, Inc for $54M in May 2014. Post acquisition, she led the transition of Caring.com from a privately held, VC-backed company to a stand-alone division of a public company, the acquisition and integration of SeniorHomes into Caring.com and expansion of Caring.com’s senior care platform to include Home Care referrals and other senior care products.

In twelve months at Focus Research, Karen dramatically increased both the company’s top line revenue and profitability, making it an attractive acquisition target for multiple B2B media companies. She was instrumental in pitching and ultimately closing the sale of Focus Research to Ziff Davis Media in September 2011 as well as the subsequent integration of the two companies.

Previously, Karen served as General Manager of the three digital marketing divisions at Exponential Interactive and held senior leadership positions at online digital marketing pioneer Quinstreet and international social media giant Tagged.

Sarah is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the cosmetics industry. She is skilled in Luxury Goods, Branding, Strategy, Marketing and Product Development. She is currently the CEO and Founder of Servd Live, a digital platform for cooking events with top chefs via Zoom, so you can cook with experts in the comfort and safety of your own home. She is a female serial entrepreneur with an MBA inMarketing and International Business from Columbia Business School.

Igor “Iggy” Moliver, A10

Head of Product and Strategy, Remedy Product Group; Chairman, Tufts Entrepreneurial Network (TEN)

Igor “Iggy” Moliver is an investor, advisor, and product leader. He is currently a Managing Partner and Head of Product & Strategy at Remedy Product Studio in New York. His team has strategized, architected, and built digital products for Classpass, Ritual, Block Six Analytics, and more. Iggy leads the product management team and investments.
He previously founded OnePlayce, a social media data science company. Iggy started his career in the sports media and marketing world, most notably at ESPN, where he was on the launch team of the WatchESPN app. He is the Chairman of the Tufts Entrepreneurial Network and is a member of several angel investor groups.
