Students in ExCollege courses are asked to fill out mid-semester and end-of-the-semester evaluations.
Please expect a memo from us later in October encouraging you to start preparing your mid-semester evaluations and providing help with how to craft them. These mid-course evaluations are put together by each instructor around the sixth week of the semester, early enough to give you the opportunity to make any changes deemed necessary from information received in the evaluations.
End-of-the-semester evaluations, on the other hand, are prepared by the ExCollege and the university through the Blue system, and we will ask you to facilitate their completion and during the second-to-last week of classes. Results will be available for your review online after final grades have been submitted.
