The ExCollege can support course expenses up to $100 per course. The intent of the funding is to promote community-building activities for your group. The cost for materials or activities more expensive than $100 must be passed on to the students in the class. If you plan to use DVD rentals, art supplies, have outings, etc., during your course, you need to work with us to arrive at an estimate of the total cost — before incurring the expense. If the amount requires that a course materials fee be charged, we will inform you how to proceed. To be reimbursed for purchases, they must have been approved by the ExCollege and you must get an original itemized receipt and submit it to the Program Administrator.
