The Gass Lab attends the 8th World One Health Congress, Cape Town, South Africa

Sept 2024. The Gass Lab, along with One Health colleagues at Tufts University including Dr. Diafuka Saila-Ngita and Dr. Evan Griffith and a team of 10 country STOP Spillover specialists from Bangladesh, Cote D’Ivoire, and Cambodia presented the latest STOP Spillover research and intervention findings at the 8th World One Health Congress in Cape Town. Dr. Gass presented during a panel discussion on zoonotic disease innovations the STOP Spillover approach to community-based surveillance modalities. Mr. Sok Dou from STOP Spillover Cambodia presented during a panel discussion on the latest findings related to bat guano farming risk reduction interventions in Cambodia.
