Interactive Visualizations
To expand on results from the ‘Forced labor risk is pervasive in the US land-based food supply’ publication (Blackstone et al. 2023), additional interactive visuals were created on Tableau. Figure 1 demonstrates how forced labour risk flows from multiple supply chain stages and countries of origin to the final food product consumed – users can a select product category, country, and end-product to understand more about weighted forces labour risk and share supply. Figure 11 shows the data quality of each commodity-country combinations to illustrate how certain we may be of the results. Visualizations were created by Edgar Rodríguez-Huerta.
