Spring Break Reservations!
The Media Stockroom will allow extended checkouts of equipment needs for all students, faculty, and staff for spring break. All reservations must be made by Wednesday at 10pm.
Reservations can be picked up during open hours on March 15 – 17. All equipment must be returned Monday, March 27 – Wednesday, March 29.
Please note: The Media Stockroom will be closing at 6pm on March 17 and will reopen at 8:30am on March 27. For any questions, contact managers Cassie or Dan.
Winter Break Reservations!
Winter Break reservations can only be made for SMFA graduate students (including post-bacs), SMFA Senior Thesis students, SMFA faculty, and SMFA staffmembers. Reservations must be made by Friday, December 16th and reservations can be picked up any time during review boards.
All equipment will need to be returned on either January 19th or 20th.
Review Board Notice
The Media Stockroom will be limiting digital projector usage to 4 hours during Review Boards (December 14th-22nd). Reservations for projectors can be made at the Stockroom window.
Thanksgiving Break Reservations
For the Thanksgiving Break, the Media Stockroom will allow extended checkouts for equipment needs. Reservations can be picked up either November 21st or 22nd and can be returned either November 28th, 29th, and 30th. All requests for equipment must be made through the following survey no later than Saturday, November 19th by 6pm.
