Job Description:

Media Stockroom Workers are responsible for the steady and efficient movement of equipment in and
out of the stockroom. They maintain digital records of all stockroom equipment as well as the physical
condition of said equipment. This position is open to all Tufts University students and no previous
stockroom experience is required.
Responsibilities:
• Track equipment use, including checkouts, check-ins, and reservations through Webcheckout
Software.
• Ensure that returned equipment is in working condition, includes all parts and accessories, and
is re-shelved at their home locations.
• Perform daily inspections and inventory of in-stock equipment.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not required):
• Knowledge of Digital Media Arts Equipment (ie. Cameras, Lights, Microphones, etc.)
• Familiarity with WebCheckout Software
