Purpose:
To provide opportunities for staff to acquire skills and knowledge, both for personal development and for career advancement. Examples: conferences, webinars, professional association dues, having a specialist come to campus to speak / train. Learn more about some professional development opportunities.
Funding:
(a) Up to $500 to cover the cost of professional development
(b) At least two awards to be given ($1k budget for first round)
(c) Upon acceptance of award, funds will be sent to staff members departments, the department can choose to make up any difference.
How to apply:
