The Tufts Learning Center (log in with your UTLN and password) offers numerous training programs and resources for employees. There are many informative courses, helpful tools, and interesting events that can enhance your skills and add to your professional development. Learning Center offerings include:
- Foundations of Administrative Support at Tufts (FAST): This program is designed for both experienced and new employees in administrative support roles at Tufts. Participants will learn essential functions related to technology, finance, meeting and event planning, and human resources.
- Training on Tableau, Qualtrics, WebEx, and the Data Warehouse
- Training on communication skills and writing
- Training for managers on topics like interviewing tips and managing employees
Udemy Business
Tufts provides all students, faculty, and staff with free access to Udemy Business, an online learning platform. Courses include the latest technology, creative, and business skills, delivered through high-quality instructional videos.
