Navy V-12/NROTC Memorial Prize Winner: Colin J. Seely

The Navy V-12/Navy ROTC Memorial Prize goes to a student enrolled in a program leading to a commission in the U.S. Navy or Naval Reserve upon graduation. The prize recognizes scholastic achievement, leadership, and significant contributions to the community.

Colin J. Seely (E21) has excelled in his Biomedical Engineering major and consistently impresses his NROTC commanders and professors with his potential as a leader. Despite the demands of balancing academics and ROTC, Colin has dedicated significant service to the wider Tufts community. He has volunteered as a Big Brother to a child in Boston, served breakfast at the Homeless Veterans Center, participated in Toys for Tots, assisted in numerous food and clothing drives, and emceed Tufts’ 2020 Veteran’s Day Celebration.
