Lab 5 and 6 were done together since I was away during these labs and made them up in the same session. Lab 5 was focused on learning how to use modifiers. We used PrusaSlicer to to add modifiers to objects. The modifiers allowed us to increase variabillity across an object with regard to infill amount, infill pattern, negative volume, as well as other parameters. Lab 6 was focused on using Fusion 360. We were introduced to Fusion 360 and learned topology optimization. This is a helpful tool when trying to optimize material layout and performance when given limited dimensions and conditions.
