Organization founded in 2009 by several families. Goal is to provide support in the form of resource directories, guides to diagnosis, and information regarding transitional periods of life that. This includes offering guides for connecting to educational agencies, applying for disability, and housing searches.

The Autism Project

The Autism Project is an organization offering a variety of services to various autistic facing organizations. They offer training to consulting for pre-k to college as well as offering workshops, summer camps, and family support. Workshops include speech pathology, social skills groups, and mental health practitioners.

Bridgewell

Bridgewell provides transitional services for autistic young adults going from the educational system to adult services. Services include community homes, home support, day programs, employment support, and crisis clinical services.

Community Autism Resources

CAR provides a variety of resources and services ranging from family funding and grants to courses covering communication challenges that come with ASD. There are also various events such as parent retreats and fundraiser walks that direct funds to supporting autistic individuals and their family.

BMC Autism Program

BMC Autism Program strives to assist and empower autistic individuals through direct patient support, provider education, and community-based outreach. Services include various forms of therapy, links to various support agencies, and clinical support for various specific behaviors such as independent living skills and communication strategies.

Federation for Children with special Needs

A general-purpose special needs organization that provides local training, healthcare financing, community outreach, and more. While not tailored to autism, the services offered provide a good basis for those in need.

Gateways Autism Center – Adult Services

Gateway provides a variety of services such as an adult day center for disabled adults, community support, and employment. They also offer services to help participants optimize their independent living within the home and community.

Greengard Center for Autism
