DEAR is recruiting for student participation for the 2024-2025 academic year

The Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism (DEAR) Council is a collective body of TUSM Graduate Programs faculty, staff, and students who are dedicated to cultivating a diverse and flourishing educational environment. Student members are a vital component of the council and help shape goals and initiatives led by the council. We are looking for determined and committed student leaders who seek to contribute to our efforts of making Tufts an anti-racist institution. Hear Pam Chan, MBS22, on why she joined the council.

If you are interested in joining or learning more, fill out inquiry form or reach out to dear@tufts.edu.

Currently, we are also recruiting two students from each of the following graduate programs to serve as student reps.

  • DPT-Seattle
  • DPT-Boston
  • MBS
  • MPH (and dual degrees)

If you are interested in being a student rep, please note that there’s a monthly time commitment of 4-6 hours per month. Apply to be a student rep. Deadline to apply is September 26.
