6K is the average distance women and children walk to water in Sub-Saharan Africa. In honor of this we host an annual fundraiser for the Tufts and greater Somerville and Medford community to run or walk 6 kilometers. We’ve had a lot of community engagement and success over the years! This year it is on Sunday April 7th. Event begins at 11:00AM and the race starts at 11:30AM.
