The Fletcher School Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion is an innovative capacity-building program that engages policymakers from a variety of public institutions in low- and middle-income countries, with the goal of providing policymakers with the necessary skills to design, implement and evaluate sound and innovative financial inclusion policies.

Eight Question Method for Policy Development (8QM)

FLPFI’s Eight Question Method for Policy Development (8QM) is the core of our curriculum, and the method guides policymakers though a logical and evidence-based process to design and implement financial inclusion policies. 84% of policies developed in the FLPFI Fellowship have been implemented, and 85% of alumni continue to use the 8QM in their policymaking work.
