My policy idea: My policy idea is accelerating Namibia’s readiness for a cash light society, so that we can facilitate financial inclusion.
Why I came to the Leadership Program: My assistant governor was part of the first cohort and he spoke very highly of the program. My curious mind took the better of me and…I applied and got in.
What I have learned that has been very helpful: A lot of the aspects we have dealt with and the policy memo itself…really help frame one’s thinking and put in on paper.
On the program’s uniqueness: The program is rather all-inclusive, and provides a train of events that are all related to each other, rather than just course that only deals with negotiation [for example].
