My policy idea:
Enhancing mobile money in Rwanda, as an avenue to financial inclusion.
Why I came to the Leadership Program:
I wanted to enhance my knowledge in financial inclusion, but I think I found much more than that, such as the life skills that have been taught.
What I have learned that has been very helpful:
I’ve learned life skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and how to deal with other parties. All of these skills will help me serve my country and the institution that I work for.
