Project Coordinator, Economic and Productive Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, Haiti Formerly, Director, Risk and Compliance, National Bank of Agricultural Development (BNDA), Haiti

Duperval Jameson is the Project Coordinator for the Economic and Productive Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Haiti, a program jointly supported by the World Bank and the Ministry of Social Affairs. In this role, he oversees strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of inclusive economic initiatives aimed at empowering persons with disabilities through sustainable livelihoods and access to productive resources.

An experienced development economist and academic, Duperval is a Professor of Political Economy and Economic Budgeting at the State University of Haiti (Université d’État d’Haïti). He is currently a doctoral candidate at University of  Paris Dauphine – PSL, where his research explores the intersection of financial inclusion, institutional performance, and the growth dynamics of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in developing economies.

Previously, Duperval served as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Financial Inclusion Research Manager at the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), where he designed and led rigorous impact assessments of national financial inclusion programs. He has over six years of experience in project management, strategic planning, policy analysis, research, and institutional capacity building.

His field experience extends across the Caribbean and West Africa, including advisory roles with Yvelines Cooperation International for Development (YCID) on M&E frameworks for regional development projects, and contributions to the World Bank-funded PSJET project in Haiti through the Consultancy for International Finance (CFI).
