Currently serving as Assistant Director in the Directorate of Supervision at the Retirement Benefits Authority, Christine is critical in enforcing compliance, conducting inspections, and advancing financial literacy initiatives. Her work focuses on regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management to enhance the stability and protection of pension schemes.

Christine has held key leadership positions throughout her career, including Assistant Director for Market Conduct and Industry Development, where she developed and implemented strategies, regulations, and consumer education frameworks. She has shaped industry policies, strengthened financial security, and improved transparency. As Chairperson of the Retirement Benefits Authority at the Huduma Regional Centres Initiative, she led efforts to increase access to pension services, engage communities, and enhance service delivery.
