I am currently working at National Bank of Ethiopia as Principal Insurance Examiner in the Insurance Supervision directorate. I’ve joined the Bank since 1997. Before joining the bank, I worked as a budget expert in ministry of finance in its regional office. I’m holder of degrees in Business Management and MBA. I have been qualified and designated DipCII from the Chartered Insurance institute of London by Examination. I have obtained different certificates related to insurance supervisory and regulatory issues that enabled me to have broad knowledge of basic insurance principles and practices and the overall operational process of insurance business and the nature of risks that are embedded on it.
