Julissa Hernández Godínez
Director, Access to Finance, National Banking & Securities Commission (CNBV), Mexico
Mathematics degree from the Faculty of Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with studies in the master’s degree in systems engineering with orientation in financial optimization in the Postgraduate Engineering of the same university, with more than 11 years of experience in topics related to development banking, rural financing and evaluation of budgetary programs. She has completed diplomas at the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE) and UNAM in evaluation and public policies and results-based budgeting, respectively.
She currently works as a director for access to finance in the financial inclusion area of the National Banking and Securities Commission of Mexico (CNBV), where she has worked for more than three years. Her work has been directed towards the preparation of various publications, such as the Annual Panorama of Financial Inclusion, the quarterly reports on financial inclusion and some studies related to financial inclusion. She has participated in the design and implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Policy 2020 – 2024, as well as the questionnaire for the National Survey of Financial Inclusion 2021.
