Zakari Wargo

Zak has been the Permanent Secretary of the Niger High Council of Investment for since 2016 where he oversees of the investment activities and policy in Niger. Before joining this position, he was the deputy CEO of the Maker Regional Bank of Niger. He was also the Chief Risk Officer of the United Bank for Africa, Senegal, the Chief Operating Officer of Africa Solidarity Fund. Zak has an EMBA from HEC Paris, MBA in Banking and Finance from CESAG.
