Strategic Analysis and Statistics Officer, Strategic Analysis and Statistics, Financial Intelligence Authority of Uganda
Vincent Kalule is a Strategic Intelligence Analyst and a member of the Crypto Assets Working Group at the Uganda Financial Intelligence Authority. In addition to other activities, Vincent has experience in the assessment of money laundering and terrorist financing risk at the thematic, sectoral and national levels; in conducting due diligence reviews regarding public-private partnerships; in regulatory compliance and combating of fraud in retail and electronic banking; and in basic bio-surveillance. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, with tertiary qualifications in the management and veterinary fields.
