Rhoda Durowaa Agyekum is currently an Assistant Manager with the Licensing and Registration Directorate at the National Pensions Regulatory Authority

Rhoda is skilled and accustomed with the operations, licensing and compliance functions in managing pensions and its policies. With vast experience, she ensures the stability and integrity of the pension industry in Ghana through the monitoring and assessment of licence applications, performance and compliance of licensed service providers and schemes with regulatory standards supporting the Authority’s mission to ensure retirement income security in both the formal and informal sectors.

An excellent communicator, firm and confident when dealing with people and situations to address needs and get results that create lasting impact. Rhoda aims to be a resolute finance and development expert with a focus on social protection (pension), finance and investment and help in creating safety net programs and projects that help the goals of reaching financial inclusion for all.

Rhoda holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration- Economics option from the Catholic University of Ghana and certifications in Data Analytics and Project Management.
