Gertrudes Tovela is an executive director and board member at Bank of Mozambique. She participated in the latest phases of the development of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy, all the way up to its approval and launching. Now, she is in charge of its implementation as well as the Payment System, Culture and Information Technology Department. Additionally, she represents the chair of the African Mobile Phone Financial Services Policy Initiative (AMPI) at the helpdesk.
