James Masoy is responsible for the oversight of National Payment systems of both large value and retail payments. In retail payments he sees a key interest for promoting usage of digital financial services for financial inclusion. His overall responsibility in his department is to make sure that objectives of safety and efficiency are adhered to through monitoring, assessing, compliance and inducing of changes.
