We’re shining a spotlight on our very own Kirsten Trinidad, a PhD student who perfectly balances her passion for science and dance. By day, Kirsten is in the lab, working on the scale-up of cultured meat and conducting life cycle assessments to understand its environmental impact. By night, she’s on the court, entertaining thousands as a Boston Celtics Dancer. Her discipline and creativity are an inspiration, and we’re proud to have her as part of the Kaplan Lab team!
