Fall 2016 Lindbergh Documentation Intern [Minnesota Historical Society, St. Paul, MN]
Project Summary (a description of your department and the project): The intern will work closely with the boyhood home of Charles A Lindbergh in Little Falls, MN. The goal of the internship is to document and research the carvings found on the walls at the site. The intern will utilize on site observation, written research, and photographic research to document the existing condition of the carvings. As possible the intern will then research the possible timeline and background on the carvings documented. This research and documentation will become the working record of the carvings that have been uncovered on the house and the report of their condition.
