Grad. student Vlad Syrotenko wins DOE fellowship to work at Fermilab

Vlad won a fellowship to work with a Fermilab scientist on-site on expanding the analyzable dataset for the Minvera experiment in order to explore neutrino-nucleus interactions in portions of phase-space unexplored by the experiment.
