The following is a list of activities, ideas, and suggestions designed to uplift the faculty and staff LGBTQIA+ community at Tufts.
- Changing “Preferred Name” to “Common Name” in all formal documents and processes
- Highlighting health services and insurance benefits specific to the LGBTQIA+ community
- Request that all communications generally develop gender-related content and writing guidelines
- Encourage that current content gets reviewed for default pronoun usage
- Suggest new ideas for more visibility (when appropriate and with permission) of LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty
