Our interdisciplinary project team includes investigators from Tufts University, Montana State University, and the University of Florida working in the areas of anthropology, biology, chemistry, geography and climatology, nutrition science and policy, economics, and sustainable food systems. Together, we are bringing theories and methods from our respective fields to apply a coupled natural and human systems approach to examine the effects of climate change on tea quality and socio-economic responses.
