Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn how community-based social marketing (CBSM) tools can help you create behaviour change and improve recycling on your college campus.  Leading CBSM expert Jay Kassirer will guide us through each of the steps as we learn about University of Alberta’s Take Action on Waste campaign and how they utilized CBSM strategies and tools to successfully improve waste diversion at one of their residence communities.  This in-depth look at the University of Alberta’s case study, will offer valuable insights and lessons including how to: form an effective planning team; determine your campaign’s focus and target behaviors; conduct audience research; and develop a successful CBSM strategy.
