On Wednesday Mar 5th CERO cooperative worker-owners will discuss the organization’s history and community focused, green business model. CERO, which stands for Cooperative Energy, Recycling and Organics, is building an organic waste hauling business that will create good green jobs and provide environmental benefits for the Dorchester and Roxbury community. We will hear from CERO about the challenges and benefits to a worker owner model and their vision for how this model can help build a more sustainable future.
