Neo has over 10 years banking experience in both Product Management and Marketing.She holds Bachelor Degree in Statistics and Economics from University of Botswana,Principles of Marketing from University of Cape Town, Management Development Program from University of Stellenbosch and Prince II Practitioner, People Cert Axelos.Neo has strong passion for digital banking and financial inclusion.She is currently a candidate for digital finance practitioner certificate. She is a 2022 fellow at Fletcher Leadership Program for Financial Inclusion (FLPFI).
