Dina has almost nine years of experience in the Central Bank of Jordan, which most of them specialized in financial inclusion, she worked on the implementation of the first National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS), as well as monitoring and assessing NFIS action plans. In addition, she worked on various financial inclusion-related projects.

In her current position as a senior examiner in the Financial Consumer Protection Department, she works on developing the necessary regulations to protect financial consumers in order to improve financial inclusion in Jordan. She also participates in designing the Consumer Empowerment & Market Conduct enabler in the second (NFIS). She published her first researched paper in financial inclusion in July 2022 with the title of “The Impact of Financial Inclusion on Economic Growth and Social Development in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan”.
