Research Officer, Development Relation with Partners Department, Agency for the Promotion of Financial Inclusion of Côte d’Ivoire (APIF CI)/Ministry of Finances and Budget

Mr. YOBOUET Séraphin holds a Master’s degree in Economics of Development at the University of Bouaké (Côte d’Ivoire) and a Masters in Microfinance at CESAG Business School in Dakar. He has a great passion about poverty reduction issues, social finance and financial inclusion. After working for a few years in the Microfinance sector, his passion for financial inclusion led him to join the team of the Agency for the Promotion of Inclusion of Côte d’Ivoire (APIF CI) in 2018, entity responsible for coordinating financial inclusion activities at the national level.

In his capacity as Research Officer in the Department responsible for Relations with Partners (DRP), he contributes to the development of project sheets on themes linked to the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (SNIF).
Member of the Thematic Group on Digital Finance, he participates in monitoring activities on digital finance carried out by public and private actors.
