Tadesse Kassaye has an MBA degree in Business Administration from Jimma University. He has worked for more than 15 years at the National Bank of Ethiopia in different capacities. Given his experience in regulation and supervision in microfinance business and knowledge on financial inclusion in Ethiopia, he was transferred and promoted to Financial Inclusion Secretariat as A/Principal Officer to lead Implementation of Women Financial inclusion and Financial Consumer Protections efforts of the Secretariat and Directorate respectively and is still working in this capacity since March 2017. He had participated in the development of NFIS II, Preparation on Financial Consumer Framework and respective Directive , Women Financial Inclusion and regional frameworks to implement regional financial inclusion in the country.
