Lkhagvasuren has been working as the Director of the newly established Savings and Credit Unions Department of Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia (FRC) since August. He also has after work experience as a lecturer in the Mongolian National University, School of Economic Studies. In the last 5 years Lkhagvasuren was working in the microfinance sector at the Non-banking Financial Institutions and later on worked as an advisor to the management team of an insurance company.
Mr. Bataa holds a M.A. and B.A. in Economics from the School of Economic Studies at National University of Mongolia, as well as a B.A. in Accounting from the Economic College in Zavkhan at the National University of Mongolia.
