ICA Winter/Spring Family Programs Internship

Interested in learning about museum work? Our Family Programs interns learn about the work that goes into developing programming for young museum goers who attend both in school settings and with families. Duties can include working with artists on ideas for activities, preparing materials, assisting with programs and communicating with ICA staff. The Winter/Spring Internship begins in late January. Schedule is flexible.
Interns may apply for school credit for their internship.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is interested in exploring museum work, gaining experience in an office setting and discovering the ways in which the ICA’s Family Programs department supports our mission. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience working with children and/or families is helpful.
