Associate Director, Milken Institute’s Global Market Development Practice

Bayasa Rentsendorj is an Associate Director in the Milken Institute’s Global Market Development practice, where he focuses on developing innovative solutions to enhance access to finance and develop capital markets in frontier and emerging market countries. He works with government institutions, sovereign wealth funds, academic and private sector partners to design and implement country-specific solutions to complex development challenges.

Prior to joining Milken Institute, Bayasa managed a variety of policy advisory, strategic partnerships, and research initiatives at prominent development finance and international organizations, including the International Monetary Fund, Asian Development Bank, and International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF). He was instrumental in establishing IFSWF Secretariat in London.

Bayasa holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and an MA in Policy Economics from Williams College Center for Development Economics.
